Amaran...!

Assalamualaikum wbt...

Amboi...tajuk macam serius je..(tp memang serius pon)..huhu amaran pihak berkuasa ke?? Tak la..amaran kesihatan je...dari klinik halimunan
raudhah..hehe gurau jek....entry tentang..Jangan lakukan perkara-perkara ini selepas makan!

Hari ni nak kongsi tip kesihatan plak.. Nice info,share dari blog org lain..hehe kadang-kadang dah tau,tapi ambil ringan je btul x?=D Entri ni bukan lah fatwa atau rujukan perubatan. Sekadar “good to implement”, saje k..

  1. Don’t smoke- Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meals is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher) --->> Sebaik-baiknya siapa yg merokok tu...berhentilah merokok..kesian kat org sekeliling anda...huhu

  2. Don’t eat fruits immediatelyImmediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal--->> Xsuka makan buah... ptut la xbsar2..hehe

  3. Don’t drink teaBecause tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest--->> Dalam daun teh ade asid?? baru tau....huhu

  4. Don’t loosen your belt Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.--->> Kalau xpakai tali pinggang...?hehe ikat dgn tali boleh kot....hihi

  5. Don’t bathe Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach--->> Oo patut la petua org dulu-dulu ckp xbleh mandi lepas makan....hehe

  6. Don’t walk about People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In reality this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake--->> Tapi bukan sunnah Nabi ke..bykkan berjalan selepas mkn? confius nie...hehe
  7. Don’t sleep immediately The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine--->> Teringat posisi tidur dalam islam, mengiring sebelah kiri xdigalakkan..kerana diumpamakan seperti tidur raja zalim yg kekenyangan.. maybe lepas ni bleh wat entry tentang posisi tidur mengikut sunnah Nabi...^_^
